Returns & warranty
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery for unused standard-stock goods. A return request is not an automatic refund: the outcome follows the terms confirmed in your quote and recorded in your return authorization.

Request within 30 days
Contact us within 30 days of delivery. Return requests apply to unused standard-stock goods in their original packaging.

Send the details
Include your order or quote reference, SKU, quantity, the reason for the return and any relevant photos.

Wait for written authorization
Do not ship anything back until we send written return authorization. It includes the authorized return address for your order.

Ship to the authorized address
Return destinations vary by supplier and order. Use only the address in your authorization — not the address on the parcel you received.
For change-of-mind returns, the buyer pays return shipping.
Confirmed in your quote
Before you purchase, your quote confirms whether a return is refunded or credited, any fees, how original shipping is treated and any product exclusions. Those terms are then recorded in your return authorization.
Custom, cut-to-length and special-order goods may have supplier-specific restrictions. Confirm their return eligibility in the quote before purchase.
Damaged, incorrect or defective goods
This is a separate support process, not a change-of-mind return. Contact us promptly with your order or quote reference, SKU and photos, and keep the packaging while we review the issue. Don't ship anything back until we authorize it.
Warranty coverage
Warranty coverage depends on the product, manufacturer and supplier. Before approving a quote, confirm for each exact SKU the coverage duration, permitted use (for example seasonal versus permanent installation, where applicable), the remedy and who pays freight on a claim. We supply products only and do not perform installation.
